Over the last few weeks, our geese population has dramatically increased. My staff and I have been unable to scare them off, so we have enlisted the help of a company that specializes in goose control. Other clubs in the area have used them with great success.
Starting this week, the company will begin daily canine patrols at 11:00 a.m. to scare the geese off property. After a week of visits, we will determine if we need to alter our strategy. I just wanted to give everyone heads up that they may see dogs running around the golf course in the foreseeable future.
