Most of our day was spent picking up debris from the severe storms that moved through the area last night. We did not lose any trees, however the course was littered with several large branches, twigs and leaves. #18 fairway #14 driving range #16
Greens aerification is scheduled for August 25-26. This maintenance practice is extremely important in maintaining quality putting surfaces throughout the season. Over the years we have perfected our aerification process. As in years past, I'm certain we will see a rapid recovery. Thanks for your understanding.
It has been a hectic couple of weeks preparing for both the Ladies and Men's Invitationals. I think it is safe to say the golf course is dialed in and peaking at the right time. A big thanks to my staff whose dedication and hard work is truly appreciated. The golf course has been in great condition due to this great group of individuals.
